Why is my screen looking blue?

I am just an end user, and recently I bought a TV card.After I inserted it in my computer it functioned very well , but after like a period of three months the screen turned bluish. Sometimes it turns reddish and also sometimes it becomes clear.

I am using Eclipse Android plugins to build a new project but i am getting this error code in the console window: [2010-02-03 10:31:14 - androidVNC]Error generating final archive: Debug certificate expired on 1/30/10 2:35 PM!

Android Market: “Download Unsuccessful” Error

I bought a new HTC SENSATION Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and I started getting, "Download Unsuccessful" whenever I tried to upgrade or download an application even when my internet is good and also tried using 3G SIM cards.

I am trying to install Microsoft Office Outlook but failed. I got an error message "OLMAPI32.dll is incompatible with Office Outlook.  Install Outlook again".
