Failed to register service on EEPC 6.1.0.248

I used EeePC 6.1.0.248, and I keep getting a “Failed to register service” error on my computer.

Here is the complete log of the error:

I also used McAfee Agent 4.
 
How can I fix this?

Cannot install navi-x on Apple tv
