My Computer is randomly shuts off.

When attempting to render a video in Sony Vegas, my computer will shut itself down. The same issue occurs in other programs or while editing with Adobe After Effects. I am thinking that this maybe an issue with my RAM, though I am not really sure of it. My new cooler is showing that my CPU temp will become 60 degrees while rendering. Even when playing games. I added 2 more RAM on two slots with 1GB on each. So I have a total of 6GB now. Partly, I think this fix the issue. But I still think that my 4GB RAM is the problem. However, I can't afford to buy a new one. What can I do to resolve this without spending money? I'm running Windows 8 and I sometimes received BSOD with error "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA ALSysIO64.sys".

I need help with WAN Miniport Network Adapter

Hello everyone,

I've got some network issues on my Toshiba Satellite laptop. The Network Adapter does not appear on the Device Manager. This is just the first time that I am going to use my Ethernet port, yet it doesn't work. I can use the wireless connection with no issues but the not the Ethernet. The network adapter I am using is WAN Miniport L2TP. I tried searching on the Internet for some help but there is no such issues that matches my query. If there is someone here who encountered the same issue and managed to resolve it, kindly please help me. Thanks.

Asus K53SV in Windows 8 operating system.

My ASUS K53SV is running Windows 7. I want to upgrade it to Windows 8 but I cannot find any drivers of it from the ASUS website. Is it possible to use the Windows 7 disk and upgrade to Windows 8? If there is any other suggestion, please help me.

How to get rid of useless application and games?

Hello experts,

I used to play a lot on my computer and I am a fan of great apps so I have many different applications on my computer. So my hard disk space is almost full. What I want to know is how I can remove those apps that are not needed and remove them completely off my system.

How to backup files in Windows 8?

Hi experts,

I am trying to downgrade my laptop from Windows 8 to Windows 7 Ultimate. I want to know how I can make a backup of all my files and then restore them when I am done with downgrading. I also want to know if there will be an issue or will it be hard considering its a different version of Operating system. Also, I need a backup method where I can select which files to restore since I only need some files to restore. Please give me some idea about it.

Hard drive PC hits 100 percent

Hey guys,

I noticed that when my computer is on idle mode, its CPU usage will reach 100% when I checked on the Task Manager. I want to know the reason that is causing this issue. How can I resolve this? Please send me the best solution for it?

Task Manager not responding and uknown application launch

Hello guys,

I got my new computer with extreme gaming performance. It comes with Windows 8. I usually leave it on Sleep Mode when not in use so it will be easy for me to go back when I need to. However, I've got an error that says:

"C:Program FilesTabletPenPen_Tablet.exe"

With follow up message stating:

"The extended attributes are inconsistent".

I want to upgrade to Windows 8.1

Hello guys,

I went to the Windows Store and found out that the Windows 8.1 update will be available on October 20, 2013. I checked on my Windows Update to see if there is an available update for my computer but there is nothing about Windows 8.1. I also checked today to see if its there after reading some news about the update over the web, but it is still not available. Can someone please explain to me how can I obtain this Windows 8.1 Update?

My notebook is getting slow and I can’t restart it

Hello guys,

I have a problem with my notebook. It is acting very slow these days. Today, when I try to restart it, it is almost 30 minutes and it is not yet done with restarting. So I just push the off button on my CPU to close it. Sometimes, it was working just fine and sometimes it is really slow. I don't know what else to do with it. Can someone please give me some help?
