I’m using Internet Explorer 9 as my browser; but I cannot access or download PDF files. An error appears like the one in the screenshot and stops there. What can I do now? Please assist me.

When I go to install or update the “Adobe Flash player 11.2”, the installer on it shows me the error message (in the screenshot). I can’t install or update it now. But I need to open a file (movie) in my browser. What is the solution?

I have a 512 mb Nvidia Geforce 210 in my Windows 8 32 bit desktop and a 22" Sony Bravia LCD monitor. 

I'm having problems when I switch the resolution to 1680 x 1050 pixels. 

Is there a screen resolution software fix or do I just update drivers for video card?

My PC has been sluggish the past few days and I don't know if I need more RAM.  I tried disk cleanup and defragment but still sluggish.  What is a good disk speedup software so I can analyze and optimize disk usage?  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.  Thanks.
