Adobe Captivate has stopped working

Hi,

An error message appears like the screenshot given here when I go for publishing MP4 using the tool “Adobe Captivate”. Can anyone give me the solution please?

Adobe Captivate has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available”

Adobe Captivate has stopped working

When adobe captivate  fails you need to download the aggGenerator.zip and extract aggGenerator then in the captive for installed folder search for the file “ AggGenerator.dll” and rename the file to “AggGenerator_old.dll” placing the dll download into the installed folder of captive for finish with the relaunch captivate and re-publish your project
