In my D2G, whenever I set the Wi-Fi button to on, it says "turning on" for a while but ends up with an error message. Can anyone please help?

It may that the drivers of you wifi is corrupt. Due to this problem your wifi component is not connecting to the wifi device. To solve your problem you have to remove the drivers from your phone and switch off your phone to almost 1 minute. After 1 minute switch on your phone and again install the drivers of your wifi and try to connect it with WIFI.

Sadly, WI-Fi connectivity issues with D2G is known after Gingerbread was launched by Motorola on their phone software update. Hence, some of the Wi-Fi issues can be resolved and some are still persistent. Try to do hard reset first on your phone (this is not wiping any data on your phone or what we call factory reset).Â

If this doesn't work, try to forget your Wi-Fi network under SETTING > WI-FI > Tap on your Wi-Fi network name > Tap FORGET THIS NETWORK

Reboot your phone and try connecting to your own Wi-Fi hotspot again.
