I have a mobile broadband modem (Huawei k3765) and I keep getting error 651.
I have already reinstalled my windows 7 and scanned my PC with Kaspersky Internet security.
I have even reinstalled the connection software 20 times. What can I do to solve this?

I keep getting error 651
 Hi! Thomas,
Error 651 is common in Windows XP and Vista. I encountered this error when I re-installed my computer and reloaded my network driver for my hard drive and my Local Area Network (LAN). I missed to install the driver and this started my problem.
Here’s what I’ve done to resolve my own mess.

Corrupted Operating System in c:windowssystem32drivers is missing. The solution is to re-install the driver for your Operating System.

Check your Network Card Driver if it’s updated. A simple disabled/re-enabled of that device will help. When connecting to the Internet using PPPOE, make sure that the authentication is correct.

A simple reboot of your computer, update of your operating system and connecting to your network is the last resource.

If everything fails, a complete System re-install of your Windows Operating System is required.

Also, contact your Internet Service Provider for possible network outage, failed to authenticate in their network.
Perform these steps as this was proven and tested by me.Contact us if needed more help.
