Hi, Hossam

I suggest you to follow these trouble shooting steps to fix the issue with the DivX player on your laptop.

>>Please check whether your graphics driver is up to date.

>>Try re-installing DivX player on your computer.

>>If that does not fix the issue, try resetting your internet settings and perform a system restore.

>>Download and install the latest version of DivX player and check if the issue is fixed.

>>If the above steps do not help to fix the issue, you can switch to another player.

Thanks and regards

Skarbos Jay.

Hi and Good Day!

Regarding on your question, it’s not natural that your laptop freezes and too slow while surfing the internet.

Here are my suggestions to your said problem.

v  Make sure that you have the latest version DivX Player, and determine if it is compatible on your web-browser.

v  If yes, try to look that your graphic card is up-to-date and compatible on your computer system.

v  If does not work, change your streaming technology.

v  If you do not want to change your streaming player, I suggest either look for a computer technician on your area, or go to the service center of the manufacturer of your laptop.

I hoped I helped you.
