There seem to be delays in delivery of this new gadget to various stores and especially its worse for overseas countries like for my case here in Kenya.
Please assist.
Hi Brain Tonny , l have read the problem you're facing, sorry for the delay in delivering Mac book pro with Retina display.
This due to a number of reasons.
1. The issue of Apple, meeting the demands especially for its new next generation usually the expected delivery dates is 3-4 weeks. You can be able to get around this problem by arranging for an in-store pick up. This option will only depend on the availability of the product at your local store.
2. Due to high demand there is always a delay in shipping the product to overseas customers, am sure this could be the major reason why there is a delay for you to get this product in Kenya. Sometimes the company promises for a particular time for delivery only to find that all the units are sold out, forcing it to modify the shipping time to future orders.
3. It could be due to miscommunication, When the information is not sufficient it may delay the delivery time, this is due to the process  the company takes to verify the information from clients.
Be a bit Patient to get what you exactly want in a few meantime of 3-4 weeks.
