Now a day we know about the hidden data in our photos. We are sharing personal data through our photos in different social media sites which we don’t know.

Is there any security software that could protect the sharing of hidden data?

Dear Calvin Hoffman the issue you have raised is really a key concerning thing in this cyberspace world where everyone has the reach to your data through social media. The pictures we take through digital cameras have our personal information embedded with the photos.

The place where this information is stored is called Meta data. The latest windows enable you to edit the photos and remove the Meta data manually before uploading or sharing your pic.

As this is cumbersome and would require a lot of time so I would prefer you using as you asked for software for this purpose which can do this task on the fly. Metanull can be a good choice for removing the information from your pictures.

InfoProtect-Data Security is one of the software that you can use to protect the sharing of hidden data. It keeps your data secretly in some usual images. You select some image and tuck in the data. This worked out image looks like an ordinary image and you can use any image viewer to view it.

The hidden data also requires your password to be opened so the data cannot be viewed by any person other than you until and unless he/she knows the password.
