What the way I can change Image format from psd to jpg?

Your problem is that you want to change the format of images from psd to jpg?. If yes this is your problem then yes you can change the format of your images from psd to jpg by much more built in software which are available free of cost. you can also change the format by well known and much more used software that is adobe photoshop. open the desire image which you want to change the format and then click on save as select the location and write any readable name and then select the format as you mention here is jpg and click save. simple you have change the format of the picture. enjoy.

What the way I can change Image format from psd to jpg?

First open the psd file<Go to menu bar < click file < save as < on the file type select jpg < click to save and you're done!
