I am using Abbyy Fine Reader 70 Professional Edition, I am continuously facing issues in extracting accent character, as the text is not getting clearly extracted.
Please do let me know your personal favorite OCR extraction tool that will get a quality output.

You can use another OCR tool called Prizmo which can give much better results than Abby Fine Reader and is a user friendly software.
Prizmo is a dedicated OCR tool to analyze text and convert into searchable text, and also crop and straighten scanned documents. It can analyze magazines, newspapers and book covers along with other documents.
On launching Prizmo you will see a window to create a new document:
Select the New document and Prizmo will show this window to the user:
Select the option on the screen “Open Image file” or “Import from scanner” or “Browse library”, depending on your document of choice. And Select the Image.
Click the option Recognize and the text will be selected by the software itself as default.
You can make changes if you want any, and then export the document to a location of your choice i.e. File, Drop Box, Google Drive or Web Dav.
