What SSL Plugin to use changing Mac OSX to 10.8?

Hello Experts,

I have my MAC computer with my for 6 months and I wanted to change its OS X 10.6 to 10.8, however when trying to install it, a message SSL remote access denied. What specific SSL plugin should I use?
