What is the latest and best 3d software? Nowadays, we need to be more familiar and specific to the 2012 to 2013 latest gadgets, software and programs. We have to purchase and avail the best one for the year. This can be important for business matters; I need your idea regarding this matter for the sake of our growing business industry.

I think Autodesk Maya is the best software for 3d purposes industry because Maya is a leading package for 3D animation, and boasts a comprehensive modeling, rigging, animation, and dynamic toolset.

The software is paired with Mental Ray for photo-realistic rendering, and can be customized and extended through the use of third party plug-ins developed in Python based MEL (Maya Embedded Language).

Maya is the top choice in the visual effects and film industry, and you'd be hard pressed to find a better solution for character animation. Maya skills are highly marketable (but also highly competitive). Its popularity carries another bonus—there are literally heaps of rock-solid training materials available for Maya.
