My computer is showing qtcore4 dll missing. I do not want to log on to some website that I do not know, just to download a dll file probably infected with malware. What is this file used for anyway? Where can I download this?
qtcore4.dll file is a DLL file that is associated with QT Creator. QT Creator is used for creating cross-platform UI designs. If you are getting this error and you do not use QT, then some other program already installed on your computer wants this file.
I can totally understand why you do not want to visit some unknown, shady website. Downloading anything from the internet carries the risk of getting infected with some viruses or malware. I personally prefer dll-files.com to download any missing dll files on my computer.
