You have to copy and paste “d3dcompiler_47.dll” in “Adobe Photoshop CC 2019” folder.
Go to the file:
C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 \ Required \ Plug-ins \ Blank.
Copy the d3dcompiler_47.dll file from this path.
Paste the derived file into C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 \.
Restart your laptop and start Photoshop.
The full error reads:
“The Program can’t start because D3DCOMPILER_47.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”
This error can be encountered when using Adobe Photoshop CC version 20.0 on Windows 7. There are two (2) ways to fix this. First option is to install the D3DCompiler update from Microsoft. Go to Update for the d3dcompiler_47.dll component and follow the instructions. This update is intended for Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Server 2012.
Once the update is installed, restart the computer then see if it helps. If this doesn’t work, the second option is to copy the “d3dcompiler_47.dll” file to the Photoshop installation folder. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer then navigate to the following location:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019\Required\Plug-ins\Spaces
Here, locate the “d3dcompiler_47.dll” file, right-click it, and select “Copy.” After this, navigate to the following location and paste the copied file:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019
When you are finished, restart the computer and start Photoshop again. This should fix the problem.
