I am afraid that it is not possible to have dual display using a single VGA port. It can only be used to view the same display on two monitors. To do so, you would need a VGA splitter. Some video cards offer DVI-I port to have analog and digital displays with the help of an adapter. DVI-D to VGA active adapter can also be used.

If you are into gaming and you want to use two monitors, the easiest way to do it is with an adapter like this one: USB 3.0 to VGA Video Adapter. With this adapter, you don’t need to configure Windows to use dual display which might be confusing for most users. Just plug the adapter to the USB port and connect the second monitor to the USB adapter.
