Using Outlook and Notes Clarifications

Good day to you…

Can you please guide me with this…

I moved from outlook to notes. Not complain only I’m trying to adjust, there is on thing that's totally driving me as bonkers. I constantly hit “Esc” one time too many when want to close docs and then it closes my inbox also. But I don’t want to close my inbox, now I'm tiring to re-open it constantly. Is there any way that my inbox not closed with Esc key?

friend its really good to use note. if you are pressing the "esc " key more than one time the problem will occur. you can press one time and wait to see the result. if it does not work then reinstall the MS OFFICE software and try again. i hope it will work.

Hello Dominick,

Note is a very good option over outlook and many people prefers it. But the problem is, if you are using the "esc " key more than once, this problem will occur. Just press the key once and wait for the system to work. Try using this and if it not works, try to reinstall your notes and check the inbox settings.
