Hello Jefrey

Outlook 2007 default saving file format is .html . Unfortunately every contents of an email don't support the .html format so outlook provides a folder with some extra files. The folder and the .html file must be at the same location to make the message properly visible.
The all you need to do is select the file, click on save as or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+s, from the save as pop up menu select save as type; where you can find a list of supporting file format. From that list select Outlook file format and then save the file.
To send these files as attachment you don't need to save them all. Even from the option box you can abort the function saving sent messages.
