Activating out of office for a “Mailindbs”

Great day everyone…
Can you please show me how…
I’d like to know how could I activate out of office for a “mailindbs”.
When I open the mailindbs, and go to preferences, there is no “out of office” option.
How can I do it?
Please help…

Activating out of office for a “Mailindbs”

Hello,

Thank you for you question.

Solution 1:

To activate the "out of office ', go to
Tools> Out of Office
Type your message and activate it.

 

Solution 2:

I thinking version 6.5.x is "out of office" option is available only for the owner of the electronic file, and, perhaps, a person shown in the management of ACL.

 

Solution3:

You can set "Out of Office" if you are the owner of the electronic file.
Change the name of the owner, and then back to original version OOO owner.
Or
Agent to act to create "reply senders" automatically responds to all shippers.
