I am trying to load YouTube channel but a message prompted me: "The following have become unresponsive."

What would be the best choice that will not harm my PC, Kill pages or Wait?

Hi There,

There are multiple reasons for this to happen with a user. This is how you should tackle the issue. Please follow the following steps.

Please make sure your internet is working fine and without any interruption. Open command prompt from the start menu.

*

Then type, ping yahoo.com –t and then press enter. If there is no or very little request time out there, then your internet connection is just fine. If not, check your Modem/router/access-point or check with your service provider.

If your internet is just fine, then please do the following,

1:Update your browser to the latest version,

For Chrome:

For Firefox: Press ALT+H then Click on About Firefox, then check for update

2: Then clear Browser’s Cache and Cookies

For Chrome, type chrome://settings/browser in the address bar. Then Click on Under the Hood,

Click on Clear browsing data, then select Empty the cache and Delete cookies and make sure you have selected the beginning of time, then click on Clear browsing data.

For Mozilla Firefox, press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL , select Everything from range and Cookies and Cache from details, then click on Clear Now.

3:Update your Flash and Shockwave browser plugins,

For Flash: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

For Shockwave: https://get.adobe.com/shockwave/

Then restart your browser.

Hope this helps.
