Hi, friends I am using Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac. This is showing me the following error message often. Pressing ok seems to be solving the problem. My question is What does the message means?

Error: Unable to resize the last volume. The file system on that volume might be corrupted or not supported.

Please try to open the virtual machine and check the file system for errors.

Hi Rubio,

You will be glad to hear that the company is aware of this issue and they are still working to fix it.

But it is a matter of sorrow that it is still not solved.

Now what you have to do:

Always click 'OK' and then 'ignore' the error message. If you do it, your choice will be saved. The error message will still give you chance to change drive size. Click 'OK' always until they come to a solution.

I think it will be helpful for you.

Hi Sharlene,

Most of the time this error comes up when setting up Hard drive size for parallels what you can try to do is to click on Enter and ignore the error it will still let you change the Hard drive size anyway. You may want to also try to create a second virtual drive with the size that you wanted, and then you can clone the original hard drive and then delete the original one.
