I’ve installed the font converter with utf support and I’ve questions on the encoding options.  What’s the difference if I save the font in Extended and Extended, framed type?

Hi there,
Extended fonts are a non initialized 1 bit per pixel font with extended character information. The difference between normal extended and extended framed fonts are that extended framed fonts have a surrounding frame. Â
Framed fonts are always drawn in transparent mode (unlike the extended that can be non transparent, depending on the settings).Â
