You can find the ISO image on the Official Microsoft website. This is the link: 

This is service pack 3 ISO image. This version is published in 2008 and it contains all updates from earlier version and also it includes some improvements.

Just press Download button and your download will begin, be sure to buy a licence key to have a legal version after installation.

What are the sites do download XP home ISO image?

Windows XP Home Edition is available for free download on the official Microsoft website.

Its always recommended that you download it from the Microsoft website for the safest and original version.

The highest version of Windows XP home edition is Service Pack 3 last published on 5/6/2003.
