I am using Photoshop Elements 8 which has Camera Raw 5.5 version. In order to make certain changes, I tried to transfer my JPEG photos in the camera to Camera Raw 5.5, as described in the Photoshop manual, but it failed. Can you please help me in resolving this issue?Â

Instead of copying the files to the camera raw so as to edit them from there, I will suggest that you transfer the files to a computer and use the picture editing applications like ms paint, adobe fireworks, ms office picture manager and others to edit the images.
You can transfer the files to a computer using a USB cable, you will just need to connect it to both the camera and the computer. You can also use a memory card to transfer the contents, in case you camera uses a memory card, and your computer also has a slot for the memory card.
