Please, I need help urgently!

Is there Windows 7 live premium security problems scanner? For the past few days I have not been able to switch to windows live to play movies and, you know, just enjoy the experience. I do not get any error messages even when I try the action only that it doesn't work. Oh, just a note; I have also tried carrying out windows repair but to no avail.

Hello,

The first and easiest solution is always to reboot your PC and it will do the repair automatically.

But still there is a  way of doing it while running your windows.

Right click on command prompt on your start menu and select 'Run as administrator'

 

When the command prompt window opens, type the "sfc /scannow" command and press enter.

That will scan for all the errors and it will fix your problem.
