Whenever I try to partition the disk for the deployment of the operating system I encounter the error code 0x8000ffff which says that there is a problem in the partitioning of the disk. What should I do now I am not able to proceed further thanks in advance?

I had faced the same error when I tried to deploy the operating system. It is a very common error. I think the partition2 which you are doing is an invalid configuration. So take a note that your partition2 size is set to 100% remaining space of the disk whereas for partition1 you can keep any size fixed. This had resolved the error code 0x8000ffff for me, and it will surely work for you also.
