There is a problem with my boot device. I wanted to transfer a file from my machine to a USB drive and received an error message "Stop:0x0000007b inaccessible boot device". What does it mean? Have you any idea?

Hi,
This kind of error is caused by storage driver issues, viruses and data corruption. I think this might be a virus. Did you scan your USB drive? If you scanned it this would be a storage driver issue.
You can fix this by yourself.
Go to my computer then right click your USB drive. Then click properties.
You can see a new dialog appears. In this dialog box, click Tool tab. Click check now. You can find this in the error checking section.
Check your problem again. If still occurs a same, you have to format your USB drive. Because there might be data corruptions.
