Hi, I have recently updated my BlackBerry OS on my computer after long hours of patience. But after that, the Blackberry Desktop Manager is not detecting the new BlackBerry OS on my system. What to do? Please help.
Solving Issues Regarding BlackBerry Desktop Manager V6.0.9.
Uninstall everything related to BlackBerry on your computer including previous settings as well. Clean all the junk files including the registry. Then reboot your machine. Now re-install BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Install the Blackberry OS and open it. Connect your USB drive. Now the system will automatically detect your OS. If not then click on update my device.
If it is still not detected then stop the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and delete all Vendor.xml file present in the C drive. Restart your computer and then connect the USB after few minutes.
