SolidWorks Installation Manager error shown

Hi,

While installing SolidWorks 2011 SP2.0 on my Windows 7 64 bit I received an error from installation manager concerning permission issues and I do not understand what am required to do. Any ideas?

You must write permissions to the logs direction or client installation will fail.

Stephen,

Do you have admin rights in the computer your are trying to install SolidWorks on? From the error image, it looks like you might not have the proper permissions to write to the specified location in C drive. Try unchecking Create a diagnostic log during each installation and try to install again. Also verify that you/person you are trying to install it for, has write permissions.
