Hi guys,
Have a look at the error messages below. While creating SmartArt Graphics in Microsoft PowerPoint I received the error message.
It is also showing several log files. What does it mean? If you have any idea regarding this issue, please let me know. It is very urgent for me.

There might be errors with the XML schema on some of your custom SmartArt (*.glox) files. To fix this, first you can try deleting the SmartArt graphics files entirely, to do this click Start type in the search box %AppData%MicrosoftTemplatesSmartArt Graphics, then delete all the files in that window. Another way is you can just click Ok on the error message, if you click OK, you will not receive that error a second time unless you exit and run Word 2010 again.

The following steps might prove a solution to the problem you are encountering.
1. Open PowerPoint 2010.
2. Click on ‘File’ then ‘Options’.
3. Go to ‘Trust Center’ and click on ‘Trust Center Settings’.
4. Go to ‘Privacy Options’ and then uncheck ‘Connect to office.com for…….’.
5. Click ‘OK’.
Restart the program to see if the problem has been fixed or not.
