Hi,

I am using Windows 8 OS and have installed Microsoft Office but when I try to open PowerPoint, an error message appears saying “We’re sorry, something went wrong and we can’t do this for you right now.

Please try again later. (0c004c032)”. I reinstalled program but the same error message displayed.

I extremely need your help.

Thanks.

Try to repair your MS Office from control panel. Once you have completed the repair process then restart your PC in clean boot and try to activate MS office.

Note: After fixing the problem restart the PC to the normal mode.

Hello Alan,

The problem is might be for the corrupted files of the program.

Run the setup once again. There, you will see two options: “Repair” and “Remove”. Click on “Repair” and press “Next”. This will repair any problem with the Office system files.

Also, go to Start menu >> type “Command Prompt”. In the shortcut, right-click and from the bottom menu, select “Run as administrator”.

In the console window, run the following command:

sfc /scannow

This will fix any corrupted system file.

If these don’t work, download the latest office. Remove the old one and install it.
