Today I made an update to my Windows 7 (x86) and when I try to open my printer this error message box appears. Also I made the updates to my printer drivers and nothing is happening. Does anyone in here can help me with my error please? Is this because I made the updates to Windows?

It seems that your system or the processor installed on your computer doesn’t support the driver for your HP printer which is highly unlikely and to think you are using Microsoft Windows 7. Maybe you did a manual download on the printer’s driver and you somehow selected a driver that is designed for old processor architecture.
It is also possible that the driver you downloaded is designed for x64 Microsoft Windows and you are running an x86 Microsoft Windows 7 which will really never work. Make sure you download the correct version of the driver for your computer. Anyway, here are the drivers you can download for your printer.
