Hello,

I want to play FIFA 14 on my iPad with origin but I have this error. My Internet connection is working perfect. I can surf on the Interned on iPad and this is the only error that I have when I want to use the Internet. Can anyone tell me why the Origin is not available ? Is there a problem with my Internet or the game ?

This error occurs when the DNS settings on your iPad are not properly configured. To do this, we will access iPad's settings and change Wi-Fi DHCP DNS address to 8.8.8.8. The steps are as follows:

1. Open your iPad's Settings

2. Tap "Wi-Fi"

3. Tap "Information"

4. Tap "DNS" and type in 8.8.8.8 (only three dots) and leave everything else as it were.

5. Exit the Settings menu.

Now you will be able to access Fifa 14 Origin service.
