The Advanced Security for Out look itself is the tool for blocking violators or allowing an access to your e-mails address that is stored in your MS Outlook.
When you set an action you can specify a permanent handler to a certain program. It has two drawbacks in which it allows your to track the source of the violator, the other is the repeatedly displayed warning because some of these applications are already developed before this system security is implemented.
You can just choose to “allow access” or “block access” or the “call default handler” permanently in order to stop the repeatedly security pop-up.
