Second camera setup timeout error

 Greetings,

 The acquisition of a second camera is giving me a timeout error and … I don’t know why.  The same program in other computer and the same cameras is working fine but not on this computer and I’m very worried. What the reason?

When I take a picture of each one, first I make the session of the two cameras. The second one I get this error in the log IMAQdx Grab.vi while the first one is ok.

Error1074360293 occurred at IMAQdx GetImage.vi  Possible reason(s): NI-IMAQdxHex 0xBFF6901B) Timeout

Errorr -1074360293 occurred at IMAQdx Get Imaqe.vi

Possibbe reason(s):

NI-IMAQdx: (Hex 0xBFF69018) Timeout

Usually there is no problem in using multiple webcams on a computer as long as their programs are working well and there are no problems on the devices.

I am thinking maybe the other computer where the 2 cameras work is using a different operating system than what is running on your computer.

It’s possible that the first camera supports both of your operating systems while the second one works only on that operating system and not on your operating system.

The best way to check the problem on the other camera is to check its application’s system specifications. So you will know if your computer’s operating system is supported or not.

If not then might as well look for another version of its program that supports your operating system.
