Samsung introduces super-fast Class 1 microSD cards

What Samsung’s press release says is that these UHS cards would perform best in LTE (Long Term Evolution) Phones. But that does not mean that these cards would not provide any performance improvement in normal devices. Any device that can use a microSD card would benefit from a considerable (if not enormous) performance boost using these UHS microSD cards from Samsung. I have used this microsd card from Samsung in my Galaxy y which is not an LTE phone , and i have experienced great performance improvement as compared to regular microsd card i have used before .

P.S. These cards would be available in 16 gb capacity. Read speeds would be 80 MB/s at top, where as current microSD cards can do 20 – 30 MB/s max.
