Remote procedure call service terminated

When I turn on my computer after sometimes it says remote procedure call service terminated or something similar to that. then it has a countdown clock that starts at 59 seconds and goes down to 0 and shuts down. It says the shutdown order was initiated by ntauthority/system.

Hello,

Windows – Remote Procedure Call Service Terminated

This is cause by a buffer overrun vulnerable on Windows.

The solutions are as follows;

  • Remote procedure should be change.
  • Go to My Computer then right click, select Manage.
  • Computer Management will open, then double click Services and Applications.
  • Go to Services and the list will display.
  • Remote Procedure Call should have a status “Started”
  • Choose the first RPC and right click, go to Properties.
  • Select Recovery tab.
  • Take no Action should be the option selected if not change First failure, Second failure and Subsequent failure from Restart the computer.
