Hello, I would like the experts to help me out. I am currently operating with windows 7 64-bit but I have a problem when it is making downloads as the programs and software downloaded are categorized as dual files whose capacity seems to have been reduced a lot more compared to its original size. Furthermore, whenever I have made any download which appears to be successful, it gives no response whenever I try to make it function.

This may be a problem caused by a slow or intermittent internet connection. If you’re using a browser like Firefox or other browsers that have the capability to resume a download, or at least try and resume a paused or interrupted download, it will have two files using the same file names but different extensions. When the file is completely downloaded, the second file (most likely having extension .part) will then be deleted and you should have the right files size right after. If the file was not completely downloaded, both files will be kept, the main file will have a lower file size compared to the original and opening the file will give you an error. Make sure your internet connection is not interrupted, otherwise this corrupt your file.
