PacketFence vs Cisco? What will be chosen preference?

First, I discuss something about PacketFence. It is an open source NAC (Network access control) software and obviously it is free. Not remind this things, PacketFence is a popular one also for it's useful features. For learn about it's features visit here- https://packetfence.org/about.html I'm not going to make along discussion.

Here I come to Cisco. By having it, you can authenticate, authorize, evaluate, and remediate wired, wireless, and remote users before anyone can access the network. It's not a open source network. You have to maintain terms and services policy and buying contract with it's authority. But it can help you more faithfully than any other open source network access control software. Authenticate, authorize, evaluate, and remediate wired, wireless, and remote users before they can access the network.

I think the second one gives you more protection but you can use both with the time. Cisco has some features that efficient more than PacketFence.
