The Windows 8.1 Emulators package offers emulator pictures for use with Visual Studio Update 2. With this package, you can generate and test applications using an emulator for Windows 8.1. These emulators are present with Visual Studio 2013 or later.

To install, follow these instructions:

1. Make sure that you have Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 present on your system. Then, go to the Download button for MobileTools_EmulatorWP81.exe.
2. Now, hit the option to Run and perform the instructions that display.
