Hello Raj Kumar,
Try to run WEI via command Prompt.Â
Follow these steps:
1. Go to Start Button
2. Type in the Search Programs and Files Box " CMD"
3. Run the CMD as an Administrator
4. In CMD box (colored black box) write "winsat formal" and hit Enter
Note: Quotation marks should not be included in typing the commands.
5. Wait for it to finish.
7. Run WEI again
8. Done!
If the problem persist please come back.Â

This problem is pretty common among users with Windows 7 that runs on a computer with a processor that has more than 16 MB L3 cache. The problem is directly pointed to the processor. The problem happens because of the hard-coded buffer size which is limited only to 32 MB.
So, if a processor has an L3 cache that is bigger than 16 MB, the error is triggered when the processor starts performing a memory test. The easiest way to fix it is to download the hotfix from Microsoft. Go to Microsoft Hotfix for Failed WinSAT Test. Note: Microsoft recommends that you should only download the hotfix if you encounter this problem.
If you are not severely affected, you should wait for the next Windows update that contains this hotfix. You can download and run this hotfix on Microsoft Windows 7 only with or without Service Pack 1.
