It is not difficult at all to form a disk (password reset) in windows 7.
1. Open control panel in Windows 7.
2. Click at User Accounts.
3. Then Family Safety.
4. Click Accounts.
5. Click on the option Create a Password Reset Disk
6. Click Next.
7. Enter your current password and click Next.
8. Windows 7 will now create a password reset disk.
9. Eject the disk out.
