A problem in Zotero capturing information

Hello Everybody,

I have a problem in Zotero when capturing of citation information from my whole webpage.

I recently provide latest version of Firefox for Zotero that will run smoothly and update my ZoneAlarm after doing an improvement in my Windows Vista system an error occur in communicating Zotero.

In my other PC, Zotero is doing well in my XP.

Could someone help me regarding the trouble encounter?

A problem in Zotero capturing information

Hello Dennes,

The reason why zotero is not working on your computer that has windows vista operating system could be because of compatibility issues. And since you are saying that you did some modifications on the windows vista, then the modifications could have affected the operability of zotero and thus you may need to run the system restore utility to fix that.

Or maybe it could a problem with the browser. You have also mentioned that you performed an upgrade on Firefox, and the error message seems to point at Firefox and therefore the problem could be that the application is not compatible with the Firefox version that you just switched to.
