Guys,

I am using Windows Vista in my system. The taskbar hides automatically every time when I run a browser in full screen mode. But when there is no browser opened or not in full screen mode the taskbar does not hide. Can you please help me to solve this?

When you’re in full-screen mode, The Auto-Hide feature in Vista automatically “hides” the taskbar. If you don’t want the taskbar to stay hidden, you can disable the Auto-Hide feature. Here’s how:

  • Right click on an area on the taskbar and click on Properties.

  • Then the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties will display, look for the Auto-hide the taskbar box then simply uncheck the box to disable the auto-hide feature.

  • Click OK.

  • If you want to enable it again, just repeat the same steps and check the box to enable. That’s just it.
