Hi guys,

The problem is with my Life Guard Diagnostics DLGDIAG for Windows. Have a look at the error message below.
It failed to complete quick test on drive 1. Have you any idea for the status code = 7?
Please help me to solve the issue.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Alan Farrer,

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, this error occurs whenever there is a problem with the hard drive. This error is a sign of development of bad sectors in the disk. Install the disk sentinel tool and scan the particular drive. Try to run extended test, it will take more than 8 hours. If extended test shows error than definitely there is a problem with your disk.

I hope this will solve your problem.

Thanks.
