DVD Drive could not be opened

i can't use my DVD in my laptop cause i can't open it i tried many times to open it but i can't and now i've many disks to review but i can't so please who know the solution of this problem tell me

Hi Mostafa,

I know that problem because I’ve been there before. Will what I did was I just uninstall my DVD player then refresh my system. After that I install it again. But before you install that application check your system if that application was compatible with your system.  Or when you tried both of that then nothing happened, will I suggest try new find system that compatible with you player.  You can try downloading it online. If you know how to open you will if some of the connection was unplug in your system. Or contact your administrative support for further information in your issue.

Hi Mostafa,

  • I hope you are fine. I read your question and decided to suggest you a solution that might help you to fix the problem with your laptop DVD rom. Now, the thing is the actual problem with your DVD can only be detected by checking its hardware, I mean by opening it. But before opening it, you should try this:
  • (I am attaching a picture with it as well) Locate a small hole in your DVD rom, and take a thin object at least as long as your hand. Put it in the hole n press it, your DVD rom will come out. Check it, and make it clean from dirt or object, which is causing it to stick in. I hope this will work for you.
