Ulead Cool 3D supports all Windows so I’m sure it is compatible with your operating system. If you are seeing a missing DLL file when you tried to run the application, it is possible that you have downloaded a modified installer. This happens if you downloaded the software from a different website or from an unknown website. It is best to download the application from its official home page or from known websites.
If you are not using the latest version, download Ulead Cool 3D 3.5. Once downloaded, uninstall your existing Ulead. Navigate to the download folder then double-click the Ulead Cool 3D 3.5 installer to install it. Once installed, run it and see if a missing DLL message will appear again. I tried looking for the missing “3d3dm.dll” file on the websites I trusted but unfortunately, none of them has the file.
