PowerPivot – Your beta software has expired

Hi Friends,

I have been enjoying the Power Pivot with Office 2010 beta for a month. But today morning I got this error message as soon as I started the Office, surprised. I have some work to do with it. Immediately I followed the instruction in the error message. I uninstalled the current beta version and I installed the recent version. I am getting this same error again, am I going wrong anywhere? Please help. Thanks in advance.

PowerPivot for Excel

Your beta software has expired. Use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel to remove the beta software from your computer. After the beta software is uninstalled, you can install a more recent version.

Hello,

PowerPivot is really a good add-in for Excel that has given easier facilities. Though I’m a freak of this awesome tool, I also got the same issue.

Though it took a while to solve the problem, after installing the latest version, PowerPivot started working again.

This bug was known to older versions. So, I’d like to request you to uninstall the older version. Use Wise Program Uninstaller. It will remove all the data and registries assisted with the software completely.

Then, download and install the latest PowerPivot. This will work fine. I’m having a good time with this version.
