The panel encountered a problem while loading Gnome desktop applet

Almost every time after booting up my laptop installed with Ubuntu 11.04, a message window appeared saying there's a problem loading gnome desktop applet.

I don't see anything failing to load. I've selected "Don't delete" and rebooted my system, and it seems fine.

Each time it's a different applet that shows this error.

I have included one of the errors in the following screenshot. Any suggestions?

To solve the following what  you have to do to update your dist-upgrade. this will help you a lot. other way to solve this problem is to when operating system start on your login window enter your username and keep the textbox empty of password. Now click on the Return button at the bottom of window. Some checkboxes will appear click on that and choose different gnome session then your current gnome and enter the password checkbox. After doing this restart your computer. everything will start working again.
